The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), which came into force on July 25, 2024, is one of the key sustainability laws of the EU.

The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) is a European directive. It obliges organisations to identify, and where necessary prevent, terminate, or reduce their negative impact on human rights and the environment.
